Wall cracks repair
S.A. PRO company offers spiral rad holder as a new technological solution for wall crack repair in brick, concrete and wooden walls.
What are the spiral rad holders and how to use them in wall repair?
Rad holders are made of stainless steel and are available in 4.5mm, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm diameters while their length varies from 1m to 10m.
The rad holders are installed into the groove or counter bores to repair wall cracks inside or outside in case of wall depression or inclination. The rad holders are laid together with the concrete matrix being filled into the groove or counter bore. The rad holders technology allows to minimize damages during reconstruction.
Usage of the holder is cross functional. The rad holders are used for the new buildings as well as for different remedial and reconstruction works where the special solution is needed.
The 6mm diameter rad holder is largely used for existing masonry construction reinforcement.
The 8mm diameter rad holder is used for masonry reinforcement in newly built construction. Big size of the paddle provides for better connection with adhesive composition than the alternative variant of the round metal pin.
The 10mm diameter rad holder is used for repair works of high tense masonry or for strengthening of the masonry.
The rad holders are used in different types of constructions: brick, wooden, concrete as well as in bridge constructions.
Rad holder technology is of great importance for reconstruction of the objects of high historic value as such technology allows to minimize damages during reconstruction. The repair grooves are 10mm wide and up to 120mm deep while the cored holes of ordinary usage have 12-16mm diameter, and are up to 1500mm deep in case of ordinary drilling and even deeper in case of cored drilling.
